  • Some females prefer green tea during pregnancy. But this may have some side effects too during pregnancy. It is therefore important that while you are pregnant, you should consult your doctor before you start any herbal remedy or any sort of natural supplements.
  • Whenever you have headache or vomits, do not prefer over the counter medication on your own. You should consult your doctor for any such advice even if you feel that it is petty.
  • Ginger will relieve you from gas, vomits an nausea and so you can have ginger water everyday in the morning. It also fights morning sickness.
  • Relax and sit for a while. This will help you breathe better and get solutions to your problem in a better way. Take time for yourself and see to it that you find peace within you.
